Refund policy

At Mama Witty, all orders are carefully checked before shipping. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted only if the error is on our part.

1. Returns and Exchange Eligibility
Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and will be accepted only if:

  • The customer received a wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color
  • The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Orders with incorrect details provided by the customer

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To submit a request:

  • Email mamawittyclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Include the order number, reason for the request, and clear photos of the item
  • Requests will be reviewed within 4 business days

Return shipping costs will be covered by Mama Witty only if the issue is due to our error. Requests not caused by store error will be declined.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days. Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.
